October 24–26, 2013
Bridges to the Future
You are invited to join us in building "Bridges to the Future" at the NSTA Portland Area Conference on Science Education in October.
Come explore the Next Generation Science Standards and learn how science links with the Common Core State Standards in ELA and Mathematics. You can also discover how to connect Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to benefit all our students and everybody's future. We've planned an engaging conference filled with hands-on workshops, presentations, and field trips that will provide you with the tools to build your bridge to the future.
Experience Portland's cultural distinctions as you explore gardens and museums in the city, or hike and bike trails that are minutes away. You can taste diverse food and beverages being prepared by food artists spanning the spectrum from the finest restaurants to cafés, brewpubs, and food carts. Please join us and explore the eclectic diversions that are Portland!
