Does the conference App sync schedules with the online Personal Scheduler?

No. Unfortunately the App does not transfer data with the Personal Scheduler therefore any items you marked as Favorites on either platform will not be carried over to the other.

How often is the App updated?

The App data is accurate as of February 12th, the day the App was submitted to the various stores for approval.  We will do another major update at the end of March and update on a daily basis from that point until the conference concludes.  Please go ahead and download the App now and set up your Click! Login so you have everything setup to hit the ground running.   In the meantime, NSTA’s Online Personal Scheduler is updated daily.

How do I complete Session Evaluations?

There is an icon in the App titled “Evaluations,” which will take you from the App directly to the Session Evaluation portal of the NSTA Website.

What information do you need about me to get started?

If you are a new user, you have the option to register for Click! by using Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, or your Google account. Or you can create an account using a valid email. You will also need to provide your name and a password. (Your passwords are encrypted, don't worry!) To complete your registration, you will need to select a username.

How do I set my profile picture?

Profile pictures are usually one of the first challenges in the game, to get you familiar with how the system works. Once you are logged in, head to the challenge list and find the Your Picture challenge. Simply completing that challenge will set your profile picture. To change your profile picture, you can resend a submission to that challenge at any time.

How do I get points?

Points are earned by completing the challenges from the list. You don't have to complete challenges in any order, so keep an eye on the leaderboard and choose your submissions wisely. When you email your challenge in and the image is processed, you will be awarded the number of points assigned to that challenge.

What about ties? How are those broken?

Sometimes, an event will have multiple people complete all of the challenges and end up with the same amount of points. In the event of ties, you will be listed based on when you complete the challenges. So hurry, hurry, hurry!

What are badges, and why do I want them?

Badges serve as category headers for a group of challenges and completing all activities under a badge makes you eligible for prizes. 

I sent a photo by email—why doesn’t it show up in my profile?

Sometimes your photo may not appear right away when you submit it. This can occur when there is a backlog with the server if too many people are submitting photos at once, for example.

Or, perhaps you are sending the photo to the wrong email address or even from the wrong email address. Check your inbox to see if you received a notification telling you that your email is not registered with Click! You'll want to make sure that the email you submit your challenges with is also the email you used to register your account. If you registered using one of the social applications we offer, you'll need to use the email address that is assigned to that account.

Can I complete challenges out of order?

Absolutely! There is no reason to go down the line, though some users find this the easiest. Challenges have different points assigned to them, based on how hard they may be. So keep an eye on the leaderboard and decide which challenge is the best one for you to complete next.

Can I use a laptop to play Click!?

Yes! While the site is optimized for the mobile web, Click! will still work on your laptop or desktop computers. Simply register or sign in the exact same way and submit photos on your machine through your email client.
