This is your opportunity to join NSTA in Philadelphia and exhibit at the 58th National Conference on Science Education. This is where you'll assemble with thousands of science educators, department chairpersons, and curriculum specialists eager to see, hear and experience the latest educational products and services. These are the professionals (your leads/prospects) making the purchasing decisions and recommendations in schools throughout the USA and internationally—and they will be eager to meet with you before the spring buying season gets underway.
NSTA's National Conference is the premier event for science educators to experience the highest level of professional development opportunities to enhance their teaching skills. An essential component of the event is the Exhibit Hall. With over 94% of attendees reporting "Commercial exhibits are important to me," your participation in the conference is a vital part of the learning process. *Please note early disassembling is not permitted. Any exhibitor found to be packing, dismantling early, or abandoning booth space prior to 5:00 PM on Saturday faces a $700 early dismantling fee and jeopardizes booth positioning at future NSTA conferences.

Decorator Information
All services customarily required by exhibitors will be available. Complete shipping instructions and information regarding furniture and carpet rental, electrical work, plumbing, drayage, and labor for erecting and dismantling exhibits are included in the Exhibitor Service Kit, which will be e-mailed to those assigned space.
