NSTA Conference E-mails
NSTA is now offering the opportunity to reach out to conference registrants via e-mail. E-mail lists will be available to confirmed conference exhibitors only! If your organization is not exhibiting at a particular conference, you cannot send an e-mail to those registrants. E-mail lists will not be sent to advertisers. Advertisers will send NSTA their HTML creative and the message will be sent in-house by NSTA personnel. E-mails are selectable by grade level, discipline, position, and school type. The minimum order at the above pricing is 2,000 names. All List orders are for one time use only unless specified otherwise. NSTA reserves the right to request a sample mailing piece. Since NSTA continually updates its lists, please ask for current counts before ordering print quantities, to avoid under- or overprinting.

Delivery Schedule
Lists are normally shipped within three working days of receipt of the order. Shipping is via UPS ground service unless specified otherwise.
Payment/Cancellations
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Orders may be cancelled within 10 days of receipt by NSTA, or by mail date, whichever is sooner.
Broker Commission
A 20% commission on the base price will be extended to recognized brokers. Brokers are bound by the payment schedule above.
Money Back Delivery Guarantee
Our addresses are verified frequently but due to zip changes, moves, etc., some labels may be undeliverable. NSTA will issue a credit of 25 cents per piece for any undeliverable mail returned within 90 days.
