Scheduling the Event
NSTA facilitates contact between sponsoring organizations and authors. However, all arrangements related to the presentation (including scheduling, compensation, travel, accommodations, facilities, ticketing, and cancellation terms) are determined directly by the sponsoring organization and the authors.
To book an NSTA Press author for your event, call 703-312-9385 or e-mail authors@nsta.org. Provide contact information, the name of the author you'd like to book, and the location and proposed dates of the presentation.
Ordering Books
Make your event a bigger success—be sure to have copies of the presenter's books on hand!
To place an order, sponsoring organizations should contact NSTA (authors@nsta.org; 703-312-9385) AT LEAST SIX WEEKS before the event to discuss desired titles and quantities.
Orders must be placed in writing AT LEAST ONE MONTH before the event, and extra books may be returned for credit.
All orders enjoy a 20% NSTA member discount off the list price for every book. Sponsoring organizations are responsible for all payment to NSTA, including all shipping costs.
