This compact lecture series on DVD provides viewers with a flexible, quality presentation of topics related to climate change and its impact on our society. The speaker enters the classroom with a relaxed attitude and abundant knowledge of the topic and challenges students to care about climate change and the impact it will have on the world for which they will be responsible.

The lecture is made up of 25 topics, ranging from “Why Climate Change Matters” to “Who’s Leading the World on Climate Action?” to provide you with targeted information or a complete lecture. Student art work illustrates the lecture being filmed by a crew made up of both professionals and students.  The video students also provide questions to stimulate your students to more in-depth probing. Who could ask for more flexibility in curriculum support?  The graphics used to support the content further enhance this project.

This is part one of a multi-part series that features world-renowned scientists interacting with young people, cutting-edge science, field discoveries, and student and teacher interviews of the scientist. Because this presentation is on DVD, you can tailor it to your classroom needs rather than have a live lecturer come in, present, and leave. With the media presentation, you can provide expert information in increments from almost one minute to almost eight.
