Do institutional members get the same discounts?

Do you offer bulk discounts?
On NSTA Press books, yes—but you need to order by phone (1-800-277-5300 between 8 and 6 ET) or fax (1-888-433-0526). You must purchase multiple copies of the same title to get the bulk discount—see the following table for rates.

How will I know that my order has been filled?
We send you a confirmation e-mail. If you don't get one, e-mail us at nstaorders@pbd.com or call 1-800-277-5300 between 8 and 6 ET.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit card (AmEx, Discover, MC, Visa) or check—or send us a purchase order, and we'll bill your school or district.
How can I track my order?
E-mail us at nstaorders@pbd.com, providing your confirmation and invoice numbers or your shipping address.
How do I return an item?
You may return any publication in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt.
NSTA will refund the purchase price in full for items over $10. Orders under $10 will receive account credit. To return an item, indicate the reason for the return, include the packing slip or invoice, and wrap the package securely.
You are responsible for paying the shipping and handling on the invoice and for shipping the package back to NSTA; we refund or credit the purchase price only. Certain sale items are nonreturnable.
All returns must be sent to the address below. Returns sent to any other address will have a rerouting fee applied.
If you are an approved NSTA reseller, please refer to your contract for return guidelines.

What happens if an item is out of stock?
You will not be charged for the item until we can fulfill that part of your order. The rest of your order will be shipped immediately, and you will receive the remaining item(s) as promptly as possible. If in doubt, e-mail us at nstaorders@pbd.com or call 1-800-237-5300 between 8 and 6 ET.
What if I can't find a catalog item in the online Science Store?
We're constantly refreshing our product list—some older items just go out of print; others are replaced by newer, better versions. But feel free to e-mail us at nstaorders@pbd.com to find out for sure.

What are my shipping options?
NSTA's online store offers you two shipping options, regular and expedited. For non-US orders, delivery times may vary based on your location. Please call the number below for estimated international shipping times. Regular delivery orders are sent via UPS (UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box) and take 7–12 days at most. Expedited shipping is sent 2-day mail and is charged an additional 20% of the entire order (25% for all foreign orders). Minimum of $15 extra charge for all rush orders. See table below for regular shipping rates.
