The article provides five different strategies for teachers to use in their classrooms when teaching science with inquiry based learning. I think that all five strategies are very important and together create the most successful lesson. I really think that listening to the students' ideas (strategy 2) is the most important. I really liked the idea of the science circle that was used by a first grade teacher as listed in the article. Hopefully I can create a similar situation in my own classroom.

The article gives five actual strategies to help develop inquiry based learning. Strategy two was my favorite and I feel needs to be addressed more in the classroom. Children need to be able to share their ideas in the best interest for the student and the teacher.
