Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) was originally designed to help educators integrate technology into their curriculum. After researching this website it has undergone a change is now a free site that currently supports several areas such as: Quick Links; A Question & Answer Section; and the TPACK Academy where anyone can find documents, videos, and quizzes about technological incorporation into content areas. The article is about this website which has undergone a change and become more of a community of educators.

This editorial helped me realize technology cannot be used for technologies sake, learning has to be the number one goal. I appreciated the statement, “ Technocentric instruction is teaching with the focus on the technology rather than first defining learning goals.” Technology must be a means to reach learning, not a goal in and of itself.
I was introduced to Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, TPAC, which is an educational framework that shares how technology can be integrated into components of teacher knowledge. The website was http://tpack.org. Murphy reinforced what I’ve always felt, “The best lessons are those that use technology to further content knowledge while effectively managing the classroom.”
