This commentary reflects the concerns of Florida teachers that were required to take professional development courses and to design professional development plans but were finding a lack of these activities available for them. In response to these concerns several ideas were put forth in this short article that are still available and practical now. Reading this older article can still help new teachers who might feel clueless as to what to do.
