This article extols the benefits of wireless probes for the science classroom. The discussion includes probes from Vernier Lab Quest 2 and Pasco Air Link 2. The author describes the use of wireless or Bluetooth use of equipment to gather data and store for later analysis. Vernier’s “Connected Science System” (CSS) is also discussed as well as Vernier’s Graphical Analysis app for IPAD. This article might be helpful to someone who wants to switch from old to new with these probe systems.

The authors of this article have suggested that we call this time in technological history "the Aether Era, a time when air is the only thing between digital data collection and student eyeballs." This article describes a plethora of wireless devices available to science teachers to make science data collecting easy. Just choose what data you wan to collect and there is probably a device that will do it for you.
