Most AP teachers probably don't have a lot of experience with special-need students and would benefit from the many practical tips embedded within this article. Ideas for working with the special education teacher and for making accommodations which will help your students be more successful are included. Although this article is a great place to start if you have a special needs student in your class, it is a little too general. More specifics addressing specific types of needs would be helpful.
