Three-dimensional (3D) learning is at the heart of the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and science education reform, but what does it really look like in classrooms, and how can leaders support its implementation system wide?
Join us on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM ET, in this practical and informative webinar, where we will unpack the core components of 3D learning—Science and Engineering Practices, Crosscutting Concepts, and Disciplinary Core Ideas—and explore how they come together to support student sensemaking. Designed specifically for school and district leaders, this session will provide a clear vision of 3D learning in action and offer tools for identifying and supporting high-quality, three-dimensional instruction.
You will gain insight into what to look for in classroom instruction and instructional materials, how to support teachers in making the shift, and what kinds of system-level structures and professional learning are needed to sustain it.
