An instructor implements a process of student feedback about their experience in a second semester chemistry class. Despite this test scores are disappointing. Sadly the questions used for feedback are too general and abstract; "What do you think about the course so far? Is there anything you want me to change?" These answers give the instructor little to work with. Better might be the muddiest point method.
