I loved the models shown in this article and the reinforced idea of students as active learners. I believe in the concept of constructivist learning, in which students build knowledge from themselves, thinking and interpreting information, where the student is somehow responsible and an active participant in his or her learning process in contrast to more traditional educational approaches that consider learning a passive exercise and that particular perspective of instruction is involved in the use of questioning, skills development, inquiry or cooperative learning.
