This interview with an aerospace engineer is very informative for students. This engineer has worked on many different types of projects and shares how a team works. He also discusses how mentors are very helpful when starting out as an engineer. One thing I like is that he says all kinds of people work together on a project, even very intelligent people without college degrees. Everyone has ideas to share when designing an engineering project.
