Making Sense of Your Results: Graphing Your Data

by: John Haysom

This chapter features two projects—one on the science of table tennis and one on exploring the best way to stop needles from falling off Christmas trees. The focus is on “graphing the data,” and the decisions that need to be made, such as bar graph or point graph and which scale is best. A conversation with a scientist is provided, as well as questions for discussion.
