Errata: On page 130, the chemical formula for fructose and glucose is incorrect. It should read C6H12O6.
Figure 7.17 on the same page contains structural drawings of glucose and fructose that are misleading. Better drawings are shown below. These explicitly show all carbon and hydrogen atoms, and they also show the "ring" structure of both molecules.
