Please note that NSTA will not provide shuttle service between conference hotels and the convention center.

 

Sessions will be scheduled at the Georgia World Congress Center and the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center.

NSTA has negotiated hotel rates for 2023 NSTA National Conference attendees. You must make your hotel reservation through IMN Solutions, the official housing provider. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your reservation request as soon as possible to guarantee your hotel choice.

Orchid.Events is NSTA’s official housing provider for this event. Beware of companies misrepresenting themselves as affiliated with NSTA or the Atlanta conference. Book through Orchid.Events and receive special NSTA-only discounted rates and peace of mind that you booked in an official NSTA hotel, have protection in the event the hotel oversells its rooms, and more!

The preferred method for making reservations via credit card is online. If you wish to send a check deposit for your reservation or send a check to pay for all night’s room and tax, it must be received no later than Thursday, February 9, 2023. Please note any balance remaining on your reservation will need to be paid upon check-in. Checks must be paid to the order of "Orchid Events" and mailed to the following address:

Important Booking Information

Do's

  • Make sure to make your reservation through Passkey to get the special conference hotel rates. Making reservations through the hotel directly or through a central hotel reservation number will not guarantee that you receive the NSTA discounted rates.

  • Make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. For the best availability, make your reservation online.

  • If it is necessary that you cancel your reservation, do so as soon as possible to avoid penalty.

Don'ts

  • Do not fax or mail your Housing Request Form to NSTA. Some people have sent a Housing Request Form along with their conference registration. This will delay the processing of your hotel reservation.

  • The hotel does not accept Purchase Orders for deposits or payment of hotel rooms.
