We are now accepting Exhibitor Workshop proposals for the 2026 Indianapolis National Conference
The National Science Teaching Association (NSTA) invites organizations to submit Exhibitor Workshop proposals for the 2026 National Conference on Science Education in Indianapolis, November 4-7, 2026. Exhibitor Workshops offer you the perfect forum to showcase your latest and greatest products, resources, services, advocacy, curriculum, and more. Exhibitor Workshops complement and build on your booth exposure, visibility, and branding. In addition, you reach educators in their classroom comfort zone. If you have new services, a planned launch and/or want to products test the market, now is the time to submit your proposal for Indianapolis in November 2026.
Rates
Billed separately after Exhibitor Workshops proposals are reviewed and accepted.
Single Workshop
$1,250
Two or More workshops
$1,125 per workshop
Dedicated Room per day
$5,900
- Exhibitor workshop submissions will not be reviewed unless you are a current Indianapolis exhibitor.
- Please note there is very limited room space available and workshop reservations are made on a first come - first served basis.
- Each workshop session is 60 minutes in length.
