AV Equipment

Meetings rooms are equipped with an LCD projector and screen. Also, microphones will be provided in meeting rooms seating 100 or more people. If you have any questions or require internet service for your session, please contact the conference department at conferences@nsta.org. If you need to order AV equipment other than that offered by NSTA, please contact the AV provider listed below or click on the link below for an order form (PDF).

Wi-Fi for Conference Sessions

Please note that Wi-Fi is available for teacher sessions at the Portland and Los Angeles conferences. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is not available for teacher sessions at the National Harbor conference.

NSTA provides an LCD projector and screen for teacher sessions at all conferences.

Presenter / Presider Pins and Ribbons

When you arrive at the conference, please check in at the Exhibitor and Conference Services counter in the NSTA Registration Area to obtain your presenter pin(s) or presider ribbon(s).

Session Confirmations

All presenters are required to submit a signed session confirmation for each of their sessions, even if they are not primary presenters. 

Adding a Co-presenter?

If you are adding a co-presenter to your session, please e-mail conferences@nsta.org and include the co-presenter's name, contact info, session number, session title, and conference city.
