About the Session
The value of a STEM education in fostering a future-ready workforce cannot be overstated. Now, more than ever, STEM teachers and administrators have a vital role to play in preparing their students for careers in tech and innovation. In this session, Northrop Grumman University Program Lead Cameron White will share what skills are essential for developing dynamic STEM leaders, the practical actions educators can take to align curricula with industry needs and the opportunity for boundless careers at companies like Northrop Grumman.

Cameron White
Cameron White is the Programs and Operations Lead for Northrop Grumman’s University Relations & Recruiting team. Over the past decade, he has supported multiple business sectors and has served as Enterprise Intern Program Lead since 2021. Northrop Grumman’s Internship program been named a Top 100 Intern Program by Yello and WayUp for three consecutive years and was awarded #1 Internship Program of the Year in 2023. In addition to overseeing the internship pipeline, Cameron has directly recruited hundreds of college graduates and professionals for various teams and has led university‑recruiting initiatives at California schools, including USC and his alma mater, CSU Long Beach. In 2026 he became the South Bay High School Involvement Partnership (HIP) site lead, an effort that builds a local high‑school talent pipeline through career exposure and mentorship. Cameron lives in Inglewood, Ca., with his wife and three children.
