Amazing Monarch Butterflies, August 27, 2026

Join us on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM ET, to learn about why we refer to the monarch butterflies as "amazing."

From their miraculous multi-generation annual migration to their role as pollinators to their importance as an indicator species on the health of our environment, monarchs are more than just a pretty insect.  The presenter will share her personal experiences with raising, tagging, and releasing monarchs.  Participants will understand why we should care about monarchs and what they can do to help these amazing insects.
