While many science and education classes are offered in college, they do not always teach the basics of getting started. Not only does the new teacher have to worry about presenting the curriculum and meeting state benchmarks, but there are day-to-day issues as well. This article presents tips, tricks, and suggestions for getting through the first few weeks, staying organized, and keeping things interesting.
