Using Photojournals to Develop Ecoliteracy in a Blended Environmental Science Course

Developing innovative tools for ensuring that students understand the ways in which science content connects to their lives, future careers, and global issues is becoming more dynamic as online, blended, and hybrid instructional models become more prevalent in higher education. In this article the authors present one strategy that proved to be useful in helping to meet this critical need in their context: creating reflective photojournals.
