About Connected Science Learning

Connected Science Learning is a journal that highlights STEM education experiences that bridge the gap between in-school and out-of-school settings. The online journal features articles about highly effective programs and shares research that connects preK–16 STEM learning in schools and out-of-school settings, specifically highlighting effective mechanisms for collaboration and cocreation. In addition to being a valuable resource for a broad range of STEM education professionals, this journal is useful to policy makers, corporations, foundations, and others seeking to identify, advance, and invest in STEM education.

The journal is published six times a year. Each issue is published over two months, with half of the issue coming out each month. While each issue has a theme, we also publish articles that do not attend to each issue's theme.

We now seek contributions for upcoming issues of Connected Science Learning. Click on Call for Contributions for more details.

Connected Science Learning is always seeking reviewers to evaluate submissions. If you would like to become a reviewer, please send an e-mail indicating your interest, along with your CV, to Beth Murphy at connectedscience@nsta.org.
