Veteran teachers know that students have difficulty expressing their ideas and explanations. This activity called "Communication Blocks" was designed to help students learn the basics of effective communication and the importance of communicating clearly, practicing patience, posing questions, and explaining, interpreting, and listening. It makes class enjoyable, builds student confidence, and motivates students to participate in science class.
