Unit 7.2: Chemical Reactions & Energy Format: 2-Day In-Person Workshop Participants will: Reflect on successes and challenges from implementing the first unit Analyze lessons and student work to understand the purpose and variety of writing and drawing opportunities in OpenSciEd Explore teacher moves and supports that deepen student sensemaking Note: We recommend participation in Unit 6.1, Unit 7.1, or Unit 8.1 (curriculum launch) prior to attending this session. Note: For Massachusetts educators, this is Unit 8.2. Cost: $750 Workshop Dates & Locations: February 3–4, 2026 – Norwood | Fo
