Action-Based Research Teams: Collaborating to Improve Science Instruction

Action-based research teams, a partnership of scientists, science educators, master teachers, graduate students and undergraduates, have been established at Purdue University to improve undergraduate instruction in the sciences. Action-based research provides a mechanism for faculty to implement change, analyze the impact of the change, and adapt it to the needs of the institution.
