Feel the Pulse of Earth Science!

Each year, the American Geological Institute (AGI) organizes Earth Science Week to help monitor and spread Earth science literacy. This year marks the 10th annual Earth Science Week, which is geared to promote better understanding of the geosciences and stewardship of the planet. Earth Science Week 2007 is scheduled during the week of October 14-20, and is guided by the theme “The Pulse of Earth Science.” This article highlights some of the events and opportunities in which teachers and students can become involved.
