This article describes eight ways to use tablets as a hub. These include suggestions to use these tablets for QR codes. These are fun and can lead students to more information. Screen tracing suggestions are provided. A sine wave generations hub is an example of a ‘phets’ that further explain more complete concepts using simulations. These uses seem to be what elementary teachers call centers -- areas where students engage in further learning either alone or in small groups.
