Student learning loss has been at the center of many conversations this past year. During this two-part web seminar series, we will go beyond the deficit (learning loss) approach of learning and discuss instructional strategies which will take an asset approach to student learning. The discussion will focus on how the rich knowledge students bring to learning--including student questions, experiences, and diverse backgrounds related to phenomena and problems--can be used to drive teaching and learning and accomplish learning targets in the 21-22 school year.
