In this module, participants consider the relationship between fostering student engagement through tapping into their curiosity and positive behavior choices in the classroom. Participants explore two different ways of implementing the same lesson and consider the resulting level of student engagement in each. Participants then continue to build an understanding of how the level of students’ engagement in science learning affects the behavior choices they make.
